Russell Handy is the Managing Partner of Handy Bouley Capital and a seasoned investor with deep experience leading large, complex transactions. Drawing on his background as a top trial lawyer, law professor, and founder of a nationally recognized litigation firm, he brings a rigorous, risk-aware mindset to every deal. Over his career, Russell has advised on and executed hundreds of millions of dollars in hospitality and real estate acquisitions, partnering with owners and operators to structure deals that protect downside risk while unlocking long-term value. A former U.S. Army veteran and decorated combat soldier, he combines discipline, clear communication, and operational focus to drive durable, compounding outcomes for HBC’s investors and partners.
Jericho Handy
Partner
Jericho Handy is a Partner at Handy Bouley Capital, where he focuses on healthcare and real estate–backed investments. He currently operates multiple assisted living facilities, taking them from concept to licensed, profitable businesses by overseeing site selection, licensing, clinical and care models, and day-to-day operations. Jericho has structured and raised capital from private investors and non-traditional lenders, managed budgeting and cash flow, and delivered consistent distributions across his portfolio. His background in financial analysis for a multi-state litigation firm and experience building behavioral health and senior care platforms give him a unique, operator–investor perspective on scaling durable, cash-flowing assets.
Jackson Bouley
Partner
Jackson Bouley is a Partner at Handy Bouley Capital and a seasoned financial analyst specializing in building bottom‑up pro formas and transaction models from the ground up. He develops detailed operating and capital structures that integrate income statements, cash flow analyses, debt schedules, and distribution waterfalls to evaluate risk and return. Jackson holds a B.A. in Economics and Managerial studies from Rice University, where he served as Senior Analyst for the Rice Undergraduate Investment Fund FIB Sector, teaching younger analysts how to build detailed Excel valuation models and present investment recommendations based on projected returns and intrinsic value analysis. His background in starting and operating businesses also provides practical insight into building high-quality brands and delivering hands-on strategic guidance throughout each project.

Director of Operations
Kevin Williams is the Director of Operations at Handy Bouley Capital, where he supports the firm’s long-term growth by building clear systems, tracking performance, and keeping day-to-day execution running smoothly. He brings an MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics and a background in healthcare operations, budgeting, and KPI reporting, giving the firm a data-driven lens on operational decisions. A former U.S. Army Staff Sergeant and combat medic, Kevin is known for his calm leadership under pressure, disciplined follow-through, and commitment to operational excellence for investors and partners.
